All equipment will be provided for use at each session, with an option to purchase if needed.

Group Lesson Evaluation

We require everyone to attend an evaluation before you can enter group lessons. This will give us the opportunity to set you and your dog up for success within a private setting.

By signing below, you certify that all information provided is accurate and that you hold harmless the Taurus K9, Taurus K9 instructors, participants and participants dog's for any incident that occurs before, during or after the class or event.
